Had a computer running really slow. Brought it in for repair. The computer ended up needing a new hard drive. Worked with Vince and he was great! Had a new hard drive in my computer the following week. It was a pleasure working with Vince, great customer service. Highly recommend for computer repair in NH.

Vince is an absolute pro with over 20 years experience and it shows. My high end premium desktop computer had a failed graphics card. Rather then just replacing it, he went the extra mile to test if it was the power cables connected to the card that was causing the issue along with all other possibilities before ruling out the specific part. Not only did he look at my machine and diagnose the problem perfectly, he even helped me pick out a comparable new replacement part similar in performance to meet my specific needs. Vince is knowledgeable in all pc and apple hardware components and has access to vendors to get high quality replacement parts quickly. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I have been going to Ace Computer since 2005 and I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my computer issues taken care of. They are the best!

I took my msi laptop to this business to have the screen replaced and I picked it up the day before I left for a long trip, after coming home and using the laptop I noticed that the laptop closes unevenly due to a large gap in the frame and the bottom of the screen in addition to a large pry mark on the USB port. For $300 I would expect more. Not I have a damage $2000 laptop that I am stuck with.

Vincent the owner has been working in the same location since 2003 and has always been very helpful with free estimate and great advice. My MSI gaming laptop had power issue, and he diagnosed it as BIOS being corrupted. He reinstall the BIOS and I was able to use the computer again.
