Great place to buy kcups!! The first time I happened on the Staples website and found a great price on my favorite coffee I was overjoyed!! I thought it was a one time thing but after my initial purchase i kept getting notices when they were on sale. It has been a great experience, all I have to do is check prices and when they are on sale I purchase online and can pickup in my local Staples within an hour. And the staff is great. Win win all around. Check it out, best prices!

The local Staples store in Londonderry is convenient. I needed a toner cartridge FAST and the online price was the same as the big online retailer. I ordered online and picked up in-store just a short while later. Problem solved!

Their incompetence falls on you to resolve. They "processed" a amazon return for me that never actually got processed. Returned to the store after noticing that Amazon said I never dropped off the item weeks later when I clearly did. I told them to check the cameras. They said there is nothing they can do. Staff Can't do a simple task right or rectify it. Told Me to come back next week since the person who processed the return is on vacation. Must be nice to do your job so poorly it effects others and still get vacation time.

The print shop was fantastic. They answered all my questions about business cards, produced the card quickly, and the quality was fantastic. The store as a whole, however, seems to be lacking in stock. I wanted to pick up a few items that I know Staples used to carry, but there were large areas that were empty of product and nobody was around in the back of the store to question. Being in a hurry I didn't have time to find someone and ask about it. All in all the service was better than average, though, and as I said, the people in the print shop know their stuff.

I found out that Staples has the best price for many brands of k cups when they have a sale. I am so happy that I found out and now am a frequent buyer!! Easy purchase online and pickup within an hour. All great!!
