Used Staples printing department to have posters printed. Service was great, quick turnaround, and very reasonably priced! Store manager came over to help while every other employee was busy with customers.Very patient and helpful. Will use their service again soon!

I recently visited Staples and was very impressed with their selection of chairs. They had a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to different needs and preferences. The checkout process was also a breeze, thanks to the friendly and efficient staff. Overall, a great shopping experience!

we placed an order for approx $100 & it was a pre-ordered pickup- our staff member asked for the order #before heading over to staples. The staples email stated she needed a copy of their email to us as well as ID...the catch was the ID had to be that of the person that set up the account & that person is at our other store in Massachusetts. after being on hold & going thru the ring-a-round for 13 minutes, we cancelled the on line order. they made it ez to buy but very difficult to pick up. maybe we are lucky in being able to trust our customer base & Staples is much less fortunate

Came in to do an Amazon return, but they won't accept it because the QR code states "UPS Store". The closest actual UPS store is in Greenfield MA according to the guy running the UPS cpunter. So, when buying from Amazon, be aware of this.

Used UPS shipping through this staples at the customer desk. Shipped package on the 18th. Paid for tracking etc. No updates to tracking come the 20th, package still states its at the store. Called and was told not to worry that this is normal. 22nd comes around, still no updates or UPS scans to show any movement. Phoned the store again and spoke with a manager who tried to pass me off to Staples claims dept. stating that its normal for no scans to take place until after package was delivered. Seems odd, why issue a tracking number if you cant track the package? Phoned again on the 27th on expected delivery date to file claim. Was told that claim cant be filed until package is greater than 24 hours late. Still no scans or updates. Phoned claims again, for now the 4th phone call to file claim for missing package. Incredibly disappointed in the services being offered by Staples. Needless to say I will not be patronizing any of their locations any longer.
