I am up there in age, computers are not my thing, If anyone can mess up a computer, I can, and did. Solution, find a reputable shop, easier said than done. I did find a few of interist by searching, try getting in touch, one top shop had a messaging option, did not work, tried twice, no luck, Found another 5 starer, leave message at church. Frustration is setting in, now i find Granite State Computers, looks promising, read the reviews, all positive, had a good feeling. I make the call, this really nice guy, named Keith answered, friendly, courteous, and knowedgable. Keith asked if I can drop it off, yes, in 1 hour, Keith took me right in, did his majic, within minutes, he had it up and running, wow this man is who I want working on my computer. Keith explained to me what was going on, on a level that i could understand. I strongly recomend to anyone who is having issues with their computers, to let Kieth have a look at it, you will also be pleased. In todays hustle bustle world, good, old fashion, honest workmanship can be found at Granite State Computers. Thank You, Keith.

I came in with a mouse issue and left with no cost. I also mentioned the slowness of my computer and was given a solution and estimate to fix. No cost. I brought the computer in later and it was fixed for the predicted price plus he spent time answering other questions.

Having moved away from my former go-to IT person, I am so pleased to have found a business close enough to my new home to be convenient should I need to bring equipment to the shop, but that also offers remote services. Keith was able to resolve my issues remotely in under 10 minutes, and while on the call, advised me as to some false error messages I have been receiving and offered suggestions for dealing with potential space issues.
