The Assistant Store Manager, I think his name was Tyrell, was great. We came in for a passport photo and it was super busy and understaffed on a Saturday. He ran around helping people and communicating with other waiting. On the way out the cashier had nothing but good things to say about him as well. Nice to see good leaders in retail.

I'm very disappointed with this store. Went in to purchase a printer for home. Found a model with the features I need and located the sign nearby with the model number. Price listed was a sale price of $99.99. At the register it rang up as $159.99. When a salesperson went with me to the sign to look at the advertised price he immediately pulled the sign down and said it was a mistake and the incorrect model number was on the sign. Tried to sell me a discontinued model. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the manager. My understanding is if a store incorrectly lists a price they are required to sell the item at the lower price. He rudely refused to discuss this. I won't be shopping at this store again!

I had a great experience shopping for a new printer. As usual I couldn’t find anyone on the floor but asking someone in the usually staffed places (printing) resulted in a quick summons os assistance and a knowledgeable assistant who asked good questions and guided me through selection. How refreshing! Service- wow! It certainly made my day easier.

Great customer service at Staples today. The store had reorganized since I was last in and the customer service was excellent as I entered the store and was guided to the product I was in there to purchase. Thank you.

I had an Amazon return and employee scanned my phone but now Amazon has no item. They don't try to help and don't know how to use their own equipment to process your transactions!
