Blown away by the competence and attentive care from the boys at my local Geek Squad. Knowledgeable, efficient, and they really made me feel like my machine was in the best of hands. These are my GO-TO repair guys from now on.

Apple has geek squad listed as an approved repair store. My iPad was bent but I have Apple Care plus. I talked to Apple they offered to make an appointment for me and checked to make sure they had a replacement available. I brought it in they said it’s considered catastrophic damage Apple won’t replace or repair. Apple care plus covers accidental damage. I went to the Apple Store in Manchester they handed me a new I Pad. Geek squad has been extremely unhelpful every time I go.

I deleted something important off my new laptop trying to reset it. I tried for hours to fix it. With school starting right around the corner I started to stress. It wouldn't even connect to the internet. I called geek squad after work, gave them a quick run down and they scheduled me right away. I had a quick errand to run beforehand. I ran 15 minutes late and he still took the time to help me. I worked with Devon (not sure of the spelling) and he was awesome. He fixed my laptop within 15 minutes and diagnosed my older one. Free of charge. He was very kind and patient and knew exactly what he was doing. Will be my go to for now on. Thank you again Devon for all your help.

This review is for Best Buy Geek Squad Car Stereo (Purchase and Installation) in Concord, NH. Mike, Nick and Rick are awesome. They are extremely nice and helped me pick out the least expensive items that they felt would suit my needs and did not try and sell me items that I did not need. Mike even reattached a loose carpet section in my SUV. They did a beautiful job and I love my new stereo system. Highly recommend them. Thank you guys!!!!!!

I had an issue with my Surface Book saying that "some settings are managed by your organization" even though it is my personal laptop. I was unable to access Microsoft's "Cortana" feature. After spending nearly half my day on the phone with Microsoft using Remote Assistance, they couldn't figure it out and said that I was going to have to restore and reboot my entire laptop and that I should back everything up on a hard-drive. I was very discouraged as I am a student and heavily rely on my laptop to take exams, access my courses, etc. After about 30 minutes or so with Geek Squad (specifically Brandon), he was able to figure it out without having to completely restore! He was very patient with me, focused, and persistent. He could sense my concern and frustration. We communicated effectively to find out what was causing the issue. I am very pleased with the service I was provided and would highly recommend Brandon! Thanks again :)
