My business main drive crashed with 20 years of work and no backups. These guys had our issued resolved in a matter of days and at a very good price! Other companies quoted me thousands of dollars and said it would take 2 weeks. A professional, fast, and trustworthy company!

My 2013 apple MacBook fell and the screen cracked. Wanted to see if repairable or do I need a new one. For $515 the Computer Guy replaced the computer screen. They also replaced the battery for no additional cost. They have done house visit work for my wife in the past so we are pleased with their work. Thx much.

My cooling system was broken, they quickly diagnosed it, and replaced the system with a new part. They’re knowledgeable and trustworthy. The Computer Guy has your best interest in mind.

I took my desktop in there to get repaired. They did correctly identify that the motherboard was ruined so that's good. They were not upfront with me about which motherboard they were going to replace it with and me being someone that knows very little about computers would have liked to have been a part of that conversation. When I got My desktop back from them, I found out that they did not identify that the GPU was ruined. They also did not inform me that a computer should not run on three ram and should be ran on two or four. The GPU was also not fully plugged in although that doesn't really matter because it was ruined anyways (not by them obviously). The most telling thing for me was that anytime the desktop was put above The absolute lowest resolution, the green lines indicating that the GPU was dying were present. And when I got my desktop from them they happen to have had it on the lowest resolution which is the only resolution that hides the Green lines . They also didn't catch that the mechanical hard drive was failing. Overall, after a month of waiting and a lot of money I left the computer guy unsatisfied and unsatisfied . I will not be going back to them again.
