Came in 6 months ago to get. Repair done and had a great experience from a gentleman that worked there now not so much. I came staff was pretty unfriendly when I needed my phone battery repaired and come to find out last time they repaired my phone they stripped my screws and I was told my only option was to completely replace my phone. After I was able to convince them to replace my phone I was assured by staff I was not gonna lose my data to which I lost all of it when the new phone came in. The worst part is that it could have very easily been avoided if staff had been more trained more as there was other easy options to insure no data loss. I since then switched phones really disappointing store I hope they do better consumer beware

The process to get a military discount was fairly simple online to pick up. It is located in an up and coming area. Very clean and secure. The staff was really fast and attentive. I was in and out in what felt like 1 minute.

Former security agent at the summit location, I was met with unfriendly, unapproachable attitude by the lead manager. He was rude and highly uncomfortable to work around. He made it very clear he did not want me work at the store, made comments about my weight, critique about me smiling more, interacting with other apple employees, said I didn't fit the overall culture of the store. He complained about me as soon as I started working in the store and I was there less than three days and he made sure, I didn't feel welcome the whole time. Absolute horrible experience.

Caleb was fantastic. Informative, quick, and very friendly. Felt like we were chatting with an old friend the entire time. He had great tips about the new iPhone :) thank you Caleb!!

I somehow set my phone to a very strange mode. I couldn’t figure out how to fix it so I could use my phone... I was in full panic mode and stopped by the Apple Store for help. Jose was able to get my phone working again in minutes. Super thankful! Awesome customer service.
