The girl with the black hair at the passport photos stand had an odd, unwelcoming attitude. Not sure why she’d want to work in customer service if she’s not customer service orientated.. Otherwise, the passport photos went very smoothly. Walked in, went to the passport photo section and asked the girl for photos. Waited 5-10 minutes max for them to be printed. For QTY 2, 2x2 photos, it cost $19. I also received $5 off coupon if I bought a luggage; but you’re probably better off buying from Amazon for a better deal anyways. Questionable customer service but smooth passport photos process.

I do a lot of online shopping so it's nice to be able to go into a brick and mortar establishment and find what I'm looking for and get good assistance. I also like to get copies made! It makes my life so much easier.

The people were really friendly and gave me information on what I wanted and once I made my decision they helped me to the counter by carrying the box and then they had trouble scanning a box and finally they finished and asked me if I wanted help taking the box out and putting it in my car .. And I asked if it was heavy and she said not really so I said no.... ( Lucky me) So I picked up the box ( how I am a 66 yr old man and disabled) and looked at her and asked are you sure there was something in the box?? And she said oh sure there is .. and I said will I don't think so . And told her to open it in front of me/her and guess what... Nothing in the box... How if I got out that door what are the chances of me getting my money back or getting a new one.. 1% maybe 20% But with what kind of arguments would I've had to do? How you noticed I didn't put the item i got or anything.. The people involved know who they are because they took another 15 minutes getting one from somewhere else.. and fixed the problem.. And I think this might be a problem with the management, not the people on the floor... But it could have been because the item was between $200/$300 But my honest opinion thinks it was just a mistake on their part.. so I let them go without losing my temper and that is good for me.. but I think Management should take care of this problem before the next person spending money he doesn't have on something they need and then have no money and no product...

The environment is nice and the staff is quite friendly (even if it wasn't at the beginning of the interaction). But. If you go at Staples for business cards be prepared to have a final product that is far far away from being professional. The cut of the cards is approximate and not even straight at times. If you have a very basic need than you can go for it, but if you need a business card a little more professionally printed and cut, than this is not the place for you. While you can take advantage of a good price, the process will leave you with mostly unusable business cards unless you have a really basic design. For everything else you are going to have a positive feedback...just don't use their printing service for business cards.
