I went in to get 2 iPads repaired. One iPad just had the broken screen and was quoted 90$ to repair . The 2nd iPad was not powering on so Nacho, the owner, said he’d look into the issue and give me a call to let me know what it is , and how much to repair . I agreed to fix the 90$ broken screen iPad . The next call I get is Nacho telling me the iPads are fixed and the bill is 330$ . I tried explaining that I never received a call notifying me of the extent of repairs but he told me I gave him the green light to go ahead and fix both and I misunderstood. Went into the business and again tried explaining the issue but was met with him telling me what I said which was completely false . That i said to just fix both. 230$ to fix an iPad when a new one is 280$ , as he himself even agreed that if it’s too much it’s not worth fixing . At the store , he agreed to discount to 280$ without admitting to his mistake , and when I said cash he said that’s best to avoid taxes . I paid the 30$ on card . Again, asking I pay for something I didn’t even agree to. If you do business here get a written statement about pricing before proceeding . I’d recommend a more honest iPhone repair shop. BOTH SCREENS ARE LIFTING OFF IPAD TOO.

I stopped by today to get my phone fixed which had been broken for 2 months, I know I’m cheap. The LCD screen had black spots and my screen was cracked and it was time to get it fixed or purchase a new phone. So I called iPhone doctor to get pricing while I was on my way to a different location. The price was cheaper and the time it was going to take to get fix was quicker and now my phone looks brand new. The customer service from Nacho and the you gentleman that was working there was excellent. I will not hesitate to return if I break my screen and believe me I will. 😂

Nacho literally fixed my screen in 10 minutes! Super friendly customer service was 10/10! Definitely recommend!!!

Terrible experience at this store. Went in for my son’s iPad charging port. They gave me a time of 6:30pm the same day. Went to pick it up and now it’s the next day at 4-5pm. Called the next day and now it’s again another day at 1:30pm so I pick up my son and we head there, he’s so excited only to be disappointed because now it’s going to be 5-6pm later. This is now on Halloween and we will be out trick or treating. The communication from these people is horrendous and cannot get a clear answer on when the iPad will be finished. The lady at the counter could barely help us in the first place and had to text someone so she could do her job. Will never come back and I hope others do not make the same mistake I did. Edit: I called the morning after Halloween so I didn’t have to drive down to the store and it’s not ready still. Got an answer of 2 maybe 12 I asked well which one is it. The lady said 12 so I went there at 12:30 and she tried to give me someone else’s iPad. I also called the location on Rancho and asked for a manager since craig apparently doesn’t have one. The guy took my information and the manager was supposed to give me a call back. The manager never called me. While I’m at the craig location while they are trying to figure out where my iPad is, it was somehow at the rancho location. They gave me the option of picking it up or waiting for it. I went to pick it up because at this point I didn’t think they had it together enough to get the iPad back to the craig location. The manager tried to pull one over on me and tell me she put a screen protector on the iPad for free as a courtesy. I had already paid for it and she was like well they didn’t tell me that. So I asked if she would refund the screen protector since she was doing it as a “courtesy” she then denied the return and said that she couldn’t do it because it was already put on and I already paid for it. How are you doing any courtesy’s?!? She also told me she never called me because she was trying to figure out what was going on. As the manager she should know what’s going on and they should have some kind of tracking on peoples products. Completely unacceptable that they tried to give me someone else iPad and mine was not even at the location I brought it into. DO NOT give these people your business and save yourself time, money and headache.
