I just cannot say enough about the amazing customer service I received from James this evening! I brought in a Photo Booth light for my business with a couple disconnected wires that I was originally told by the CA supplier, would need soldered. James kindly assisted me in retrieving the unit as it was in my car and heavy. Upon further review of the situation with the wires and to my pleasant surprise, James discovered it was a simpler fix of reconnection and upon taking it home to test, it worked!! He even showed me how I could fix it in the future should they disconnect again. Didn’t charge me for his time, and was an ABSOLUTE delight. Thank you, James and thank you SMART FIX! 🙏🏻☺️
