I recently was dealing with battery issues for my iPhone 13 Pro I called and spoke with the representative about what my options were, she was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out what I needed to do and also other alternatives due to money being tight atm so I drove into the location on rancho and was helped, she was so friendly and knowledgeable about what the problem was and even helped me when I was short a few dollars on the repair. Hands down the best experience I’ve had in a long time with having any repairs ( screen or battery or anything ) for my phone. Highly recommended!!! Amazing price and really quick service, went in to get my iPhone screen replaced, the entire screen was badly damaged. They replaced and fixed it in about 20 minutes. He was very polite and professional.. great customer service.
