My experience with iPhone DOCTOR was related to selling a phone. The people who helped me were courteous and purchased my phone at what I felt was a fair price. Several other customers came in and out while I was there, waiting for the data on my phone to be erased, appeared to be pleased when picking up their various devices. I will go to this business if I need repairs in the future.

The worst service I've dealt with in a long time. I dropped off my Samsung tablet for a screen repair on Monday. I was told it would be complete within 24-48 hours. I called the next day and they told me they just ordered the part and it would be delivered the next day. I called at 6pm the next day expecting to pick it up and they told me they still haven't ordered the part yet. Their lack of communication and carefree attitude gave me the impression they cared less about customer service. The female working the front counter was rude and dismissive. I went in and picked up my tablet and refund and already scheduled the work to be done elsewhere. With service like this, iPhone Doctor will not be in business long. I would highly recommend anyone considering going here for repairs, go somewhere else.

Shoddy workmanship. Had my Samsung tablet repaired for a cracked screen. Had to wait a week for the part to come in. A couple hours after the tablet was returned, I found large air bubbles under the screen protector. When I took it back, she took off the screen protector and said it was weak glue. She said there was no replacement as they only work with iPhone parts. I was not offered any solution or even a partial refund for the part I paid for but they installed incorrectly. Horrible customer service.

I would like to start by saying that the employees I talked to in Centennial were actually nice and I think they are good people. Everything else was extremely terrible and unethical. They failed to repair my wife's phone screen twice for the 9 days they kept it. Every time they gave it to us shortly after the screen would show green vertical lines. The first time even happened in the store before my wife left. I was told after the second time they developed that it wasn't the screen, but rather an issue with the phones motherboard and it could not be fixed. When I asked for them to fix it they said they would not put a third screen on, I then asked for a refund. The employees let me know that they can't do refunds at the store, only the owner can give refunds. I was then told I need to reach the owner via email and they would not give me a phone number. I was told he doesn't pick up the phone for the employees either and he'll probably get back to me on Monday or whenever he can since he's on vacation. Not allowing your employees or at least a store manager to give refunds is extremely controlling and micromanaging, it's also unethical to keep customers money for work not completed as promised. They then said I could use the money I already paid and trade in my broken phone to buy one of their inventory phones. I took my phone to a different local store. Not only did they fix it in less than an hour, they used genuine parts unlike iPhone dr. I explained my situation to the technicians there, and they showed me where the person who installed the screen at iPhone dr punctured the screen during installation. So iPhone dr installed the screen wrong, I don't know if I'll ever get a refund, and they tried to get me to trade in my perfectly good phone as a resolution to their bad work.... STAY AWAY!

He was quick and helpful! He knew where all of his products were and had a lot of information. He was also very very kind to me. Fair pricing and excellent service. Will definitely return if I need any further repairs!
