We had a service call on 2/14/25 and had one of nicest technicians from IBS service our copier. He was very professional & very knowledgeable about the service we needed. He even went out this afternoon and replaced the part we needed instead of waiting until Monday. Thank you so much AJ for the awesome service. You are an asset to your company!
