CONSUMER BEWARE THIS MAN AND BUSINESS HAS MULTIPLE EVICTIONS AND LAWSUITS AGAINST HIM THE LIST IS IM PHOTOS DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS OR ITS OWNER EVEN FORD CREDIT HAS SUED THIS MAN rent a condo from Daniel the owner of this company and I have been without heat since I moved in two months ago. It’s Thanksgiving week and I have no working fridge and the owner Daniel has refused to answer any messages regarding these issues which are by law his issues to handle Please pay attention to the pictures here and ask yourself is this a company I should trust with my computer needs?? If they allow people to stay living in such conditions, how are they going to treat my ??? Daniel BY WRITTEN LAW YOU ARE REQUIRED TO FIX MY HEATER AND YOU HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO ANY MESSAGES I DEMAND YOU FOLLOW THE LAW NOW Added a few more photos that clearly show Daniel’s attempt to conceal and cover up several mold in the unit he rented me It’s Thanksgiving and I have no working Heater and no working refrigerator boy of which are his full legal responsibility

DO NOT GO TO HERE !!! I had to go here because my laptop was damaged due to school and my own mishandling ( because of school) the fist time they were amazing and even gave me a discount but ONLY AFTER I SAY 6 months it as having malfunctions again an even viruses . this time I was charged an absurd amount one of the reasons was viruses. I ended up paying in full and a few weeks later hanging with my friends on of which is a computer geek he installed something that is FREE and guess what it found 64,387,000 malicious malware some of which is common for repair store to put in so the costumer returns for more repairs. EVEN MORE TIME passes AND MY LAPTOP DIES I give up and buy a new one. a work friend asks to see it an starts conducting hardware and software repairs and guess what he finds.... PAPER AND GLUE ON MY MOTHRBOARD this is why my computer keeps breaking down, he manage the repairs and fixed my computer in fact the same computer I'm currently writing this review on. Please refrain from using this place for any form of repairs on whatever device that needs repairs, My laptop is a high end one thats 5,000.00~+ i cant imagine the cost and pain if someone gives a more expensive rig to them.

Absolutely horrible customer service and some of the worst communication I've ever experienced from a business. I brought my laptop in to fix a broken hinge. They ended up taking over a month to repair it and I had to bring it back multiple times because they damaged some internal components in the process of fixing the hinge. Throughout the process, they failed to keep me updated and I would have to call over and over again to get updates. In addition, they lost the protective wipeable silicone sleeve cover that I had on my laptop. I emailed and called the owner multiple times to get this replaced to no avail. I sent them the exact product link of what to order and they gave me a silicone cover for a full sized computer keyboard that totally doesn't even match the size or work for a laptop at all. They are completely incompetent and I wasted so much time and money here. The hinge repaired job didn't even last more than a month and half and I ended up having to buy a whole new laptop. AVOID this business at all costs. Response to owner's response: This is not a complaint that it took a long time. It's a complaint about your failure to communicate properly during that time. You actually have never told me that you didn't check in my laptop with any accessories, but that is a lie. The laptop had a sticky cover that was covering the keyboard when I brought it in. You provided me with a cover for a full sized computer keyboard which I don't want because it doesn't even fit a laptop keyboard. I know that my laptop required repairs beyond your capability and that the hinge repair was a bandaid to a bigger problem. That's not what this review is about and that's why I haven't brought it back to you and just bought a new laptop instead. You fail to understand that the poor communication and the constant overpromising and underdelivering is what my complaint is about. And my laptop was never dropped. It was working perfectly fine aside from the broken hinge that resulted from overtextension when I dropped it off.

THIS PLACE TOOK A HUGE DUKE ON MY COMPUTER! DO NOT TRUST THESE TWO STORES! The owner of these stores is a coward and hides behind his employees like a weak little punk. When he failed to upgrade the necessary components to my computer after selling me on upgrades, he passed the buck off to his employees and gaslit me to believe that it was my own fault for not accepting a “recommendation” When I said, please install a better PSU to support the hardware THEY RECOMMENDED TO BE INSTALLED. This establishment has horrible communication between the two branches between the employees and its owner Dan. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking to have their computer worked on. You’re better off learning how to clean, upgrade, and maintain your computer on your own. You’ll probably learn more and save a ton of money.

This company is TRASH! Michael told me that they did not take AmEx (after he entered my information) so I paid with my Visa. After I returned home I noticed I was charged on BOTH cards. I had asked for the owner to call me so that the visa could be refunded and he never did. Laptop was reloaded with windows 10. Complete joke. Waste of time having to make multiple trips to this store.
