I visited on 12/4, around 3:00 PM. The gentleman working was so lovely! I didn't happen to catch his name, but he definitely went above and beyond to help me with my screen protector. Thank you so much! Service was terrific and fast. I highly recommend this place and will be returning!

TJ handled a very difficult situation with exceptional poise. He went above and beyond for a mistake he did not make but took responsibility for the mistake of his coworkers and company. Kudos to you TJ you make assurant look great keep up the excellent customer service!!!

Diabetes did an excellent job replacing the housing on my Samsung phone. Not only did he repair it while I waited but he's very friendly as well. Great job

I came in after missing my appointment. They rescheduled me the following day so their availability is great. I came in and less than half an hour. My phone was repaired and that’s a broken phone screen you guys and the lady’s name is Rose and the tech is great and his name is Corey. I want you guys to come check them out
