We found Mason under 702Chairs when my Aeron chair started making a huge clunk every time I stood up, tipping the seat forward. He rolled it inside and went in the enclosed workings under the seat. Small piece of metal is missing in one of the mechanisms-the one piece that is not a separate replacement part. Also found the manufacture date: 2007! After bouncing up and down testing every control, he figured out a combination that works better than ever and no more "clunk." (And no charge!) A day trip downstairs, across town, and back again with a chair like works like new. Thank you, Mason!
