Wow! Wow! Wow! My hats off to the fabulous staff at the Apple Store. There’s five individuals I would like to mention here starting with Laura the store manager who is very smart, intelligent, and really customer service orientated because she really took care of my frustrations dealing with the online Apple Store not the physical store. She’s great with her staff and sent me an awesome lady called Melissa who got my new iPhone 15 set up working well, including installing the cover and protective screen as well and activating the Sim card, which does particular model does not have it’s like a digital version. I got to talk with CHRIS who was also wonderful and showed me several of the products, including trying to get me set up on a free demo with Apple vision, but I arrived a little too late for the next session so next time thank you Chris. Also, Shaquille was very informative extremely nice and was a veteran like me so we got to share some great moments together and show me several of the products which I will have posted as photos in this particular review. I want to mention a fifth person named Marley who was the customer service rep in the back room who took care of incoming phone calls. She was very wonderful and handled my frustration with some online Apple Store issues not here at the store, which everybody here was wonderful. That’s why I came down to the store in the first place Because of their wonderful staff and I definitely wanted a new phone and to talk about it. That staff is probably the best staff I ever encountered overall from phone calls to on-site. I highly recommend it to everyone. I may have spent a pretty penny at the store, but I left feeling like 1 million bucks and happy as happy can be. God bless Jesus cares say your prayers Amen!

The Apple Store in Town Square Mall, Las Vegas, is hands-down one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment you step in, the team greets you with genuine smiles and makes you feel right at home. Even though it’s a busy spot, the energy is upbeat, and the staff never makes you feel rushed. What really stands out is how the employees go out of their way to help. They’re not just there to sell you something—they actually listen to what you need and offer smart, helpful suggestions. Whether you’re upgrading your device, figuring out how to use a feature, or troubleshooting an issue, they explain everything so clearly that even the most tech-challenged person can understand. The Genius Bar is amazing. They’re quick, efficient, and keep you informed every step of the way. It’s clear they know their stuff, and they’re happy to share that knowledge in a way that’s easy to follow. Talk about a refreshing experience! If you’re in Las Vegas and need anything Apple, this is the place to go. They make technology feel easy and fun. I can’t recommend them enough!

I went to the store today to get support for my Apple Pencil. I spoke to a staff member, and he told me to scan the QR code and wait 15–20 minutes for a text. We waited for over 30 minutes, but I never received any message. So I decided to go back home since I knew waiting any longer wouldn’t be useful. Even after getting home, I still haven’t received anything. It’s like they are completely forgot about me, for real!?

High end retail.. beautiful store.. the place is impressive.. I visited for tech support with my new Apple 16 pro max that doesn’t function well.. there isn’t anything anyone can do to help. This phone is regressive, numb and while it gives you a fancy new color with a few new clever features.. it takes away massive functionality, convenience, reliability and friendliness. I am extremely disappointed with my trade of the 512 thirteen pro max. Advise rethinking and researching the features carefully if you use thumb drives for work.. you will be standing at the end of a cable like a knob with the 16 ..on a c cable too. I am Spending and upgrading into a dysfunctional money pit.

1 Star Review – Avoid Battery Replacement at Apple Store Town Square, Las Vegas Avoid this store at all costs if you’re getting a battery replacement—it’s not worth the risk of having your phone damaged. I went in for a simple battery replacement on December 13th, and their technician damaged my volume down button, leaving me no choice but to replace the entire phone. Here’s what happened: • They never warned me about the risk of potential damage before starting the battery replacement. • Manager Dan apologized but acted as if I should be happy to get a “new phone of the same model.” What a benefit, right? In reality, I wasted two full days—waiting in the store, transferring data, and setting up the phone. • I had to ask over 10 employees for updates because there was no communication about the phone’s progress. • Dan even refused to let me take both phones home to complete the transfer, forcing me to return the next day. On December 14th, Manager Spencer made it worse: • He refused to take responsibility for their technician’s mistake. • He told me the setup would take 5 minutes, but I spent over 2 hours in the store again. This whole ordeal caused me to miss work and left me disconnected from family and friends for two days. And to top it off, I was still charged $96.45 for the battery replacement, despite it being their fault. They made me feel like I should be grateful for a replacement phone, instead of taking accountability for their technician’s damage. If you care about your phone and your time, avoid this store for battery replacements.
