I recently visited the Apple Store at Caesars Palace Forum Shops to buy a new iPhone, and the experience was fantastic. The store itself is stunning, fitting right into the luxurious surroundings of the Forum Shops. It’s sleek, modern, and spacious, with plenty of products on display to try out. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a team member who guided me through the different iPhone options and helped me choose the one that best suited my needs. The whole buying process was smooth and efficient, and they even helped me set up my new iPhone right there in the store, making sure I had all my data transferred and everything running perfectly before I left. What I appreciated most was the customer service. The staff wasn’t pushy, and they took the time to answer all my questions, making me feel comfortable with my purchase. It’s easy to see why this location is so popular—great products, excellent service, and a beautiful setting all in one. If you’re in Las Vegas and need anything from Apple, this store at the Forum Shops is a great place to visit. Highly recommend!

Always good feeling for me although being Sunday evening people traffic was less exception being the Apple Store. The shops were nicely decorated as usual. Enjoyed the peace and atmosphere as usual. only one ahead of me. Waited about 20 mins but was a little disappointed that they don’t accept military discounts in the store anymore. You have to go online and make a purchase if you plan on getting any kind of discount on Black Friday or cyber Monday. they seem to be understaffed and don’t answer the phone promptly, but usually run you through their help phone lines located outside the store. I spent too much time, trying to get things lined up once . I did receive some erroneous information but some of it was pretty helpful too. I did walk out of the store with an educational discount which was 3/4 of what the military discount would’ve been. It took me multiple phone calls after I got home the next day to try to see if their system really worked using the app called ID.me. Once I filled out all that information several times over it still would not verify who I really was, although I have a ID that account through my military app but it doesn’t cohesively work with the ID.me on the Apple Store site so a disappointment. Hats off to the very helpful and polite Apollo who helped me a lot. I give him a 5 Star .

an amazing service! i went in to get the US charger plug thingy and they had none in stock in that specific shop so they checked that there was one left in a walking distance from me but the guy was so sweet and ended up giving me one of their own adapters so i don’t have to worry about the stock and getting there! absolutely brilliant customer service, one of a kind! so helpful sorted me out with other things too! i never have left a review for an Apple store until now. guys working there are the absolute best! thank you so much again, you’re all exceptional! 🤩

Staff - Joanna and Abigail deserve a round of applause. They took the extra time to help me with a return, and re-purchase to make sure I could use my apple account balance. They were kind, and not rushed at all - even tho the store was so busy and non stop with the new phone release. Thanks both!
