The biggest of thanks to Apple Summerlin for taking the time to work with me through diagnosing my machine, and allowing me to try multiple displays and running tests to determine which issues I could eliminate. Biggest thanks to Miranda for spending at least 1.5-2 hours of letting me run my own various tests of external peripherals, as well as hooking up multiple monitors to my machine to try out. The atmosphere of the store, plus the friendliness and assistance getting my machine loaded in and out of the car was greatly appreciated!

Came in to get two computers fixed. I interacted with three employees while here. All were fantastic, friendly, and helpful. The lady that greeted me was very friendly and efficient. She got me checked in and located at a table for the tech to find me. Within a few minutes, the first tech came, looked at my computer, and helped me reinstall the OS system. The second person helped me with my delete button that popped off. Everyone was patient and got everything fixed. While waiting for my OS to upload, I did get to see other people interacting with the techs... Be patient, everyone I watched genuinely wanted to help get everyone up and running. Be kind!

Apple has an awful policy, not communicated to customers in advance by the sales associate, that if you send your computer in for repair that you agree upon, and they find something else on the computer to repair, if they don’t hear back from you via email and email alone, they will send the computer back to the shop without repairing the thing that you wanted them to repair. The whole process could take one to two weeks. This is one of the dumbest things I’ve ever heard, and nobody gets into trouble because there’s zero accountability.

Went here with a friend to get her iPad set up. Very nice, clean and busy store. They were very helpful after a short wait. Personally, I do not like Apple and would never buy an Apple product for myself.

The philippino girl , Brittany sold us a new phone .. showed us how to transfer data to new phone.. did not come back to see if we needed any help. She was Standing on the corner of the place and showed no interest to come back to help.😡 We had to ask for help from other employees who passed by. This girl was very unprofessional! We are senior citizens and very disappointed with this girl at Apple Store , summerlin 😕
