Amazing, Absolutely Phenomenaol❤️. I was having a problem with my IPhone so I went to the Store and Met unbelievably helpful knowledgeable Professional and caring managers and techs. I had a family member very ill in the hospital so I needed my phone badly… managers Josh and Sid on 2 different days made sure I had Great Techs solve my issue. They asked the techs to give me as much time as needed to fix the issue. Leslie from the Genius Bar Tech side spent an hour and words cannot describe how nice and knowledgeable she was during the whole time, she went through the entire phone and fix issues like an Angel. I still can’t believe how all the staff I met were so Perfect and Gracious… they really care and I’m impressed beyond words. Thanks APPLE, your team saved the day❤️🙏

If you’re unfamiliar with all the features and capabilities of the I-Phone and Desk Top Computer and have been wanting to learn more, I may have the answer. Some may already be aware, but sadly, I wasn’t. I learned that the Apple Store offers “free” in-house educational training/discussions on how to utilize specific features on their products. These sessions are provided every day and are approximately 20 minutes in duration. The training can be customized to your specific needs and can be done in groups or as individuals. Kelsey was the Apple staff member conducting my training and she did a great job. I learned things in 20 minutes that I never knew and will now be able to share with family and friends. Unfortunately, these educational sessions are not available on-line but in-store only. These products can be very expensive and understanding the full extent of their capabilities is definitely worth your time

Came in with an appointment and arrived on time, was told to go and wait on the blocks to be checked in, was told to wait 5 minutes and that she would be over shortly. I then watched the worker proceed to help other people who had a later appointment time for 30 minutes and eventually was able to wave down a worker that was competent enough to check me in, then waited another 30 minutes for a total of an hour after my original appointment time all to get my AirPods serviced.

I’m in awe and disbelief on how APPLE - in one of the busiest malls in Las Vegas - has hired an unprofessional and disrespectful employee to manage the store. Mercedes left me and my family very dissatisfied and frustrated, as we left 3 MacBooks at checkout and proceeded to buy it online just to not have to deal with it. Expected better, specially from someone in a leadership position in one of the biggest brands in the world.
