These folks do a fantastic job; had charging problems with my laptop, after trying a couple of other unsuccessful battery replacements I began believing the computer was at fault. Decided to try a third time and ordered a battery from them which actually was the least expensive of all AND it restored proper charging and operation to my computer. Had a great eBay experience with this company. Ordered a replacement motherboard and it came well packaged. Didn't arrive in timely manner, but that was the fault of the United States Postal Service. I would do business with them again.

I purchased a Dell Latitude 7212 Rugged Tablet from Swing Computers. The item that was delivered was in better condition than I expected. The tablet was in like new condition. The ram memory and hard drive had been upgraded, as advertised. The tablet was packed very well, in an inflatable sleeve, and placed in a box that was the correct size to prevent movement in the box. The item was shipped within 24 hours of payment and arrived 3 days later. I would recommend purchasing from this company. I would happily do business with them again. The photo I have included was taken after several weeks of use.

At first this place seemed great. Love small businesses, I am one as well. Foster the owner was responsive and helping to problem solve when a package was due to arrive late. He even refunded the expedited money I paid which was cool. Bu after it became clear it was arriving too late to still be useful I have been trying to cancel. He has been completely unresponsive, literally won’t reply to my email with the next course of action. Sent 5 emails asking to investigate the subsequently cancel the order, he replied to one with incorrect information and won’t answer the phone. They claim to have a 30 day return policy, we will see if/when the package arrives and I attempt to return it. Not sure if I will have to challenge it with my credit card or not accept delivery because he won’t just reply. As much as I dislike big box stores this is a show of force for them with Swings lacking customer service. Bummer. So rude and inconsiderate. I ordered directly from the store, no intermediary and have reached out numerous times attempting to cancel.
