I was worried it was a serious issue, but the staff at Smart Fix quickly put my mind at ease. They were friendly, helpful, and efficiently diagnosed the problem. They explained the repair options clearly and gave me a fair price quote. The repair was completed quickly, and my phone is working perfectly again! The technician was knowledgeable and even offered some helpful tips. I was so impressed with their professionalism, speed, and the quality of the repair. I hate that it took me this long to do my review. I dropped my phone on New Year's Day and the top half of my screen wasn't working. When I went to AT&T repair, due to a small (and I mean small) crack on the back camera lens, they said they wouldn't fix it until I got the back repaired. I bought a back camera replacement on Amazon and went to Smart Fix to get a quote. The man was super sweet & professional, said he'd fix it that day for less than $20 bucks when other stores quoted me $80 even with using my own part. He was very detailed & careful with my phone and the repair was very quick. I said I hope never to see him again because I hate breaking my phone but if I do or one of my friends does, he's gonna be the first person I call. And no this review is not solicited or sponsored.
