It is utterly reprehensible that CCC imposes an internet disconnect fee on the military. This decision not only highlights a disturbing prioritization of profit over common decency but also capitalizes on a stream of military that move in and out of the city of Fallon while serving their country. Other internet providers do not charge this disgusting fee. I also had a lot of latency issues with gaming. I switched to Spectrum and it was like magic, no more problems.

Never have a problem. And if we do we are notified promptly of the outages and times of the fixing of those outages. I am called if there is a billing problem and our reps. Are extremely sweet. Me and my husband enjoy the personableness of this company and the care they show!

A little over priced for the product that you get, I’ve had them for about 3 years now and not once have they upgraded any equipment as far as router or tv modem, a month ago I was charged a extra $50.00 without warning. So kinda shady business etiquette. But still barely better than charter.

Very good quality fibre optic Internet service. The uptime is at least 99%, and the speed is about 66% as advertised most of the time. (We pay for 150 down/50 up, we typically get 100 down/40 up).
