I'm disappointed. I went there because my brother played football with their son so I figured I would give them a try. The people who work there are nice enough so that wasn't an issue. The problem is that my computer wouldn't boot so I took it to them. They gave me an estimate of 3-5 days. After about a week and a half, I called to see what the status was and was told my computer was waiting to be picked up. I'm not sure they were ever going to tell me it was done if I didn't inquire. The price was reasonable and I got it home and booted it up only to realize they reinstalled the wrong operating system. When I took it in it was Windows 11, and now it's Windows 10. Now my Microsoft Office doesn't work because it doesn't recognize it as the same computer with the different operating system. It's just frustrating when you expect an issue to be fixed only to create new issues. But what really irritated me most is I specifically asked before leaving to confirm the right OS was installed and the guy just said yep without checking and obviously he was wrong.

Debug is a locally owned and operated computer and cell phone repair and software service. They have helped me out numerous times over the last 10 years! They provide in store service and You can also set up on site service which is many times easier and quicker. Support your local business and receive great service at the same time.

Had a broken laptop case hinge. I found parts, DeBug installed them. First, the repair was nicely done, more functional than from the factory! Completely satisfied with this aspect, which was great. Downsides were the price and the time it took to complete this repair. There was conflicting information on computer privacy - they wanted my login info. I ended up taking the hard drives home with me. Note of caution: never give out your personal information such as passwords! Providing this information could potentially lead to someone else accessing your personal data (identity theft) and further compromise your assetts, personal/family information, etc. Other than the downside, the upside was outstanding!

Best computer repair shop in town. Reasonable repair prices, they're efficient, vastly experienced, they treat you well and make time for you. They're happy to have you as a client and don't try to sell you a brand new desktop.

Called and talked to Keith. What a great guy! He did not hesitate to walk me through a simple fix (to him) on my laptop! He was both patient and informative. Thank you Keith! You have no idea how important this was to us!
