EXCELLENT SERVICE! I had a HP computer problem. When I brought it in, they analyzed the problem & took care of it ON THE SPOT….and FREE OF CHARGE. I then asked them to upgrade my computer to which they did at a VERY reasonable cost. In just a day I had my computer back and what a difference! Very helpful, very knowledgeable, very fast. I would highly recommend seeing Christopher at the 133rd street store for you computer needs!!!!

I called the number listed on the ifix omaha website on Monday (10/2) and was routed to the Papillion location where I paid over the phone for a Microsoft Surface screen replacement and requested the part would be shipped to the W Center location. They never specified that I was calling the Papillion location prior to me purchasing the part. The employee I talked to was very quiet and hard to understand in general. They confirmed over the phone that the part was purchased and would be sent to the W Center location, but I never received any sort of receipt or proof of the transaction except for the money out of my bank account. I called back on Tuesday to confirm the part would be at W Center and I could drop off the tablet there. The person over the phone confirmed. I received another call on Thursday morning that the part was in and I stated I would be dropping off the tablet at 11 AM. When I showed up to the W Center location I could tell they were confused and after looking up the ticket they said that the part was not sent to the W Center location despite me requesting for it to be 2 separate times. The manager at the W Center location, Chris, assured me that they would bring the part over that day (Thursday) and the tablet would be done that evening or Friday. I didn’t hear anything the rest of the day. On Friday around noon I call the W Center location to ask about the progress and the employee (Zack) assisting me had to hang up and call me back as he had difficulty understanding the previous notes on the ticket. This was pretty concerning to me considering I had no proof of this transaction still and there was seemingly so much confusion with the different locations. Once he called me back he explained the part was not brought over from the other location on Thursday and now the tablet won’t be done until the end of the day Saturday. I was able to pick up the tablet at 2:00 on Saturday. The repair was done as expected. Overall I would recommend going elsewhere. I was disappointed with several different aspects of the transaction; the fact that the part was not at my requested location, not having any sort of receipt or electronic confirmation, the general lackadaisical attitude over the speed of the repair etc. The experience was overall not convenient and was a frustrating process basically the whole time. I would like to continue supporting local places over big chains like Best Buy but overall I just cannot recommend the experience.

The Ifix store off 144th recently closed. I needed to fix my tablet over the weekend. I found their new location, and the experience was great. David took care of my issue in no time. He was very kind and courteous. If you are having issues with any of your devices, I highly recommend I Fix at their new location off 132nd and Maple.
