Super friendly and honest place, went in looking for an SSD screw and the guy working just let me have one for free. As simple as it is, it’s just such a friendly thing to do and overall left a very good impression. Will 100% be back if my computer dies

Matt was awesome today! He ran diagnostics on my hard drive and then had to tell me that it was bad. He shared that it could maybe fixed but it was going to be very costly. He then helped me with understanding my Microsoft account one drive account and how that works. Come to find out I set up 2 accounts accidentally! He did all of this for me and would not take any payment. some other important information quick tips that I had no idea about. here I went to another computer repair shop called quick connect and they immediately wanted to charge me $150 to even look at my computer not even offer any suggestions or just sell me a new laptop! QTEQ even offered to recycle all my equipment for me. I truly appreciated this. Thank you again QTEQ!
