Worse than 1 star customer service. I have called countless times and they won’t pick up, they’ll just hang up. Countless outages, leaving us with no wifi for days and weeks. My husband was doing online college classes and had no connection for two and a half weeks, making him unable to get his work done and fail classes. We were told they only have two guys working for them. How is a company that small supposed to serve a large customer base? They can’t. The internet speed they do provide when you can finally connect is pitiful. We even upgraded our package and still can’t connect often or get decent speeds. There is nothing wrong with our equipment, it is the lack of service. We have experienced this problem for 2.5 years with Big Sky and after 3 weeks of no service AND no reimbursement (remember, we the customers pid for those 3 weeks and were provided with zero internet). We are switching companies immediately because even if Blackfoot is currently a slow provider too, at least you can actually connect to WiFi.

These guys are a fantastic group of people to work with they hooked my service up last September I haven't had a problem except for about a week ago the problem was in my house where a staple had hit the wire inside the wall Matt, Sean and Billy came and resolved that problem as soon as I made the call I was so surprised I put the phone down turned around and there they were!! It took them about an half hour and problem was fixed. I'm very happy that I chose Big Sky for my internet service 😊

Tried to get some work done on my hard drive, was told I'd get an email with some information describing my options, but never got the email. Called 3 different times about it, gave my contact information every time, but was never called back and never got the email. Was told each time that they were very busy and that other things took priority over me. After about a month, I give up. I'd rather buy a new computer than bother with this place ever again.

Can always help. And very easy to talk to about any internet problems your having. We even have our cell service through them. The price is great and if you have a problem they do what they can to fix it as soon as they can. Would recommend them any chance I get!
