My tablet was repaired for the price they quoted me. The employees were polite and knowledgeable. It did take longer to get the parts then they quoted, but that was weather related. Not their fault. I am very happy with the experience.

I had a good experience. Scheduling was quick and they fix my phone with in 2 hours and notified me. I tried to do survey a month ago and it the AI program wanted to argue with my statement. It wanted more specifics. I don't want to argue with a feedback loop.

Ran a diagnostic free of charge, good communication from their techs. Worst part is the cost of repair is as much as purchasing a new switch. Not their issue tho, pricing is rough for repair vs new. Thank you
