We were pointed to the proper aisle and location for what we needed but after trying to find what we needed was difficult. After 10 minutes, finally we had a different employee come talk to us and help us pick out the correct connections for what we needed. I wasn’t to impressed at first with the help, but I had changed my mind by the time we left.

I go into this store on a regular basis and it’s pretty much the same story every time. The print center is so “busy” that they can never seem to help anyone with a print job outside the normal copy and run. They rely so much on their automated copy/printers that they no longer want give customer service when a customer needs anything out of the norm. The cashier and other staff seem great it’s really just the print center, I’ve been let down many times now and will be taking my business to other local shops that may charge more but actually want our business.

If you walk into a store and tell the associate exactly what you want they should take you to that device and either show you comparable brands or something even better, not take you to something cheaper that they like. Maybe do that as a last option. The customer is usually always right. I just had to walk away and bite my tongue as to what he first directed us to.

Shopping at Staples in Missoula Montana is always a pleasant experience. Everyone is always so helpful and courteous. My visit this month was great and Shawn was very helpful especially getting everything in my car. Thanks again Shawn!

Staples offers an extensive variety of office products. Not always the best price, so you still have to price compare. And they don't give clear guidance as to which aisle to find the product you are looking for.
