Update*** 10/24/21 Was contacted right away to resolve issue and figure out what was slowing down my internet. Great customer service! So far have had nothing but problems. Internet randomly cuts out slow speeds even though paying an arm and a leg for service. Trying to play games online on the weekend is an absolute nightmare. Horrible speeds for such a high price
