The gentlemen at Auxi Solutions have been wonderful! Jason, Ryan, and Will are the ones with whom I have dealt. They have been kind, professional, and on time. They are technically excellent. Jason was wonderful in a negotiation with me, in regards to the final price. Negotiation is not a normal practice for them, nor should it be, but he did go above and beyond to help me. I had a somewhat out of the ordinary scenario, living in a condo building. Their customer service is really special, and I will not go anywhere else for tech issues. I highly recommend them. I took my PC to Auxi Solutions for a minor repair which was completed properly and in a timely manner. I also had a home network issue that a technician came to my house to fix. The technician was running a few minutes late but still called to let me know, which I appreciated greatly. He did an excellent job and was very personable, courteous, and professional. Used Auxi Solutions to set up my small office network and peripherals. The office space was new so they coordinated with the building manager to inspect the space in advance to make sure everything went smoothly. On installation day, the tech showed up and buzzed through all the work stations quickly, having brought everything he needed (switches/ports, etc). I highly recommend Auxi to anyone looking for a network solution for their office. They were thorough, quick and professional.

Excellent expert service! The team went above and beyond to fix my laptop. It was taking about 10 minutes to even get my email and Google open - after a new hard drive and other minor fixes the boot-up is almost instantaneous. I highly recommend them and will be sending my desktop in for a tune-up next!
