I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but as a local business owner id want the franchise owner to know who they have working for them. Walked in today to purchase multiple laptops for my businesses with my partner and was not even greeted. Older bald gentleman and lady at front desk sat on their phone and just kind looked up at us but no help. No help, no hello, no nothing… and trust me they weren’t busy. 2000$+ sale just walked out of the store I’m guessing due to my tattoos and appearance. Do better staples, I won’t even be back for my typical prints or miscellaneous business purchases.

I was waiting at the return right by the register and the guy at the checkout saw me yet he stayed there and checked out 5 people who got there after me without taking the literal 20 seconds to scan my Amazon return. I had to ask for him to please call someone and his response was I’ll be there in a minute while he continues to check out people who came after me. I can understand if it was busy but it’s never busy in there.

When this is the only place in town to do Amazon returns, and they are an office supply store, they have no reason to be “out of labels” to process Amazon returns… not to mention that even when they can process Amazon returns, the people working the desk always have the worst attitudes, and can barely get through the return as it is. I have never had a good experience in this staples, ESPECIALLY with trying to do Amazon returns, and I dread coming here ever. Also, their entrance and exit door set up is horribly difficult to navigate, there are always boxes and other junk piled up around the registers by the exit door making it crowded and hazardous to get out. Their entrance door should be able to be used as an exit also (especially when the vast majority of people coming and going are coming for returns or shipping, and not to buy anything and don’t need the checkout). If I could give this store zero stars, I would.

The chick with the glasses, I don't know her name but we asked twice for her to come help us find something and she refused to. Therefore she wasn't doing her job according so we had to ask someone else to please help us find what we were looking for. Try to find nicer people to work for staples that actually want to do their jobs correctly.

For the first time we walked into Staples and immediately we looked around for an associate. We needed a new cartridge for a printer that we had just bought an Epson printer. We were not familiar with anything that we had to use to load it up and get it started.. We saw a girl standing there at two aisles in and we asked her to please help us find TA specific number that we were looking for which was a b. She says oh just go over there over. She motioned over to the end of the store there and so we walked down there and we started looking but we could not find what we were looking for. All in all we got help with a man that was standing up at the counter. Looking at something he came back immediately showed us what we need. We went back up, checked out and left. We've shopped there for years, years and years. Me and Idaho Falls cuz that's where I came from. We now know that we can ask for help and instead of letting them show us to go down an aisle somewhere, ask him to please come with us and help us. That's what we should have done. We're very satisfied. We definitely will be back. Thank you very much
