Great customer service and communication. Single man shop so some patience is required. I was under no rush for my issue, so with weather issues, and holiday I got my issues fixed within a reasonable time.

Had a second computer fixed again here - 5 years later! Again, same great results. Sullivan's gave great advice after intuitive analysis and understanding my problems. My computer is working faster than ever. That was so much better, and cheaper, than buying new.

Rude over the phone, they should prorate prices if the fox only takes 10 minutes. I already had the screen that they needed to put in my computer. I'm not paying $100 for ten/fifteen minutes of work this isn't a stripclub lol.

I had a great experience with Sullivan's. I had to have a computer wiped and reformatted with a good copy of Windows and I had an additional hard drive that I wanted to use as a data drive. They completed both requests flawlessly and were kind enough to make sure I received the computer with virus and malware protection installed. I have a subscription to an antivirus service that I like, but I thought it was a great touch to make sure the computer went out the door protected just in case. After all that, I was charged a very fair price and was good to go. Great business!

Place was closed, so had to wait for the guy to show up. Very unfriendly and unkowledgable! Big waist of time, I will stick to ordering directly from china. How does this place stay open?
