I should have done this review earlier. Though I'd be lying if I said that it wasn't more expensive than I was anticipating—$100 an hour with payment due up front—Matt delivered service worthy of his price and was kind enough to wave the additional ten minutes of his labor while also not attempting to shake me down for further expenses whatsoever. Should I have any issue with any of my electronics in the future that he can address, I will be sure to return!

The final result of the repair was excellent, and am grateful for that. However, there were points where improvement could be made. Communication and time. I was told I would receive a call when the repair was complete and I never did. I eventually called to check in and the repair had been done for awhile. Price. I was quoted 1 hour of work for a screen repair at $100 which seemed fair. Upon pick up I had to pay another $300 as the job took 4 hours. I felt this should have been communicated earlier than at pick up. I would have made a different choice than to pay $525 in total for parts and labor for laptop screen replacement.

Nobody calls a computer repair place when things are going right. Often it is a frustrating, stressful, or out right angry moment. Matt and Lauren both did an amazing job with my computer. Providing both excellent communication and customer service. I have used or attempted to use other services here in Great Falls and have never been more pleased. Thank you guys.

Were able to see me same day for a problem I was having with my computer, I had bricked the mobo doing a bios update and swapped it out for a new one and was still having the same issues. They have a web portal where you can receive updates from the staff as they have them, and communicate back as needed. It's helpful because I was able to provide additional context on the issue that I forgot to mention when initially dropping off my PC. The issue ended up being fixed by reseating all the components, but I'm glad I brought it to them. They were a good group of eyes to get on the problem, and ended up saving me money, time, and my sanity as my job was taking up a lot of those resources. Best Buy geek squad back in a bigger city would've been my go-to but Mr. T's knocked out of the park with their professionalism, knowledge, and customer service ^u^
