Went into CPR and had dropped my phone in snow as soon as I went in he fixed it within five minutes. Free of charge had a beautiful dog. It was so sweet. He gave me advice on what to do next and was very very helpful.

Do NOT buy anything here unless you want to be stuck! The girl was super rude and said “Its their policy - no returns” even after we made a mistake (on her recommendation on which one to buy) bought only a couple of minutes prior and immediately realized we purchased the wrong thing. She does not know how to help a customer ….places like this DO NOT understand the impact of this to their business long term. Sad to say because they seem to have done a great job on the actual repair. Super disappointing and we will not be returning. This was a $100 purchase for the item and we spent $499 on the repair itself. A little common sense to allow a return (or at-least make an effort to make it right) for an item only purchased minutes prior would have gone a long way. I would understand if someone leaves and actually uses the item. This is a HUGE BEWARE so you don’t make a costly mistake too. And, I would much prefer to leave a raving review, unfortunately unable to. Very disappointing experience!!

My phone wasn't charging and I took it in they cleaned the charging port out and now it works like new again and I tried to pay but they didn't charge me for it. I there a honest repair store I highly recommend them for all your fixes.

I unfortunately trusted a store employee to sell me two iPhone SEs to be compatible with the 5G wireless system. In particular, my elder parent is in a city where towers have been upgraded to 5G. The phones cost $249 each. I was just informed by apple that second generation iPhone SE does not and has not ever been able to take 5G. I called the store. They indicated they will not accept a return, they did not offer store credit. No compensation at all for $500 that they earned by giving us misinformation.

Highly recommend. Went in for a tablet repair as it wouldn't charge and I thought my 3 year old broke the port or put something in it. The very nice man went to work on it immediately and had it fixed in just a few minutes. Did not charge me anything for the super quick repair. Also got to meet their awesome friendly store dog that is a young male old English bulldog. Awesome dog and awesome store. Will definitely go again if I ever need help with a tablet or cell phone.
