While they did fix the screen on my phone in just a few hours, it was returned with zero battery, so I couldn't check it before leaving. I'm also not thrilled about the phone case they sold me, it's too thick to work w/wireless chargers & too tight to regularly pull off for charging on them & in my opinion, it's not worth it. Customer service was also very different between dropping off (where it was excellent) & picking up... where we waited for another customer to go over some sort of contract? Call his wife/friend? Then go over whatever contract again... before our presence was even acknowledged by the clerk. I fully understand, the other customer was there first, and we weren't in a hurry... but to not even nod to acknowledge our presence, while the other customer was making phone calls, just felt "off" & uncomfortable. However, my main issue w/my phone was just "green screen" & it was fixed (as stated above) in record time...so I'd absolutely use them again, 8/10

My flip phone dropped and started glitching out. I have the hardest time picking a screen protector from Amazon. They either don't fit right or they are easily peeled. I went in to UBIF and got the glitch fixed and a personalized screen protector with a guarantee. I'm not saying that they will fix yours sooner than they quote, but they had it done a couple hours before the quoted time. I was happy with my choice.

My phone went down for unknown reasons at 3 in the afternoon on a Sunday. I spent 15 minutes basic troubleshooting when I realized I need professional support. I raced to the store knowing things looked grim, Sunday afternoon with a closing time of 5pm. When I arrived the tech (Justin) on site was most polite and professional. He laid out a clear plan and possible outcomes. I left my phone and went home preparing to get things in order with the expectation of 24 hours or more down based on the possibilities of problems. At 4:50pm Justin reached out, he had completed the work and my device was operating again! I was 15 mins away, the store closed at 5, he remained open until I arrived! Justin IS an absolute legend! Fantastic work and superior customer service!

Austin took care of me, with the utmost professionalism. I was in a bind, with a severely damaged phone/screen. He hooked me up, so we were able to get new cases and screens, along with data transfer from the damaged phone. All at a bargain price. Thanks Austin. I'll definitely be sending people your way!!

Had to get my sons HDMI port fixed on his xbox series X. They paid all shipping costs and did a great job. The turnaround time was just shy of 2 weeks and charged me less than $200. Super happy customer, I highly recommend uBreakiFix!
