What a joke! I'm rather upset that I paid for their 1 year membership to look at my sons computer. They did a few updates and said it was good. I picked up the computer and brought it home just to find that it was still having the same issues. I decided to bring to Billings Tech Guys instead and in one review of the computer they were able to find that it was a much more serious issue with the processor and some viruses and were able to get the computer fixed and working perfectly again. Waste of time and money. I'll never bring anything to them again

The phone support is terrible. Absolutely, terrible. You wait an hour to talk to a actual person. No solutions.

Would give 0 stars if possible! 😡 Misleading runaround for nothing! Made me waste gasoline to get there & my time by telling me they couldn’t do the service that I made an appointment over the phone for when I arrived(early) for my appointment. Then, “customer service “ lady passed me off to Apple Sales rep who couldn’t help me either and blamed corporate for misleading me and told me to call and request a gift card for my troubles. I could tell, immediately, that the lady who initially made my appointment was local/not corporate! Very bad runaround experience with misleading employees who wasted my time and gas!

I had the geek squad reset an IPhone 14 plus to factory settings before it went to its new home. It took an hour and went great....they also did not charge me for that service!
