This was the most outstanding, professional, experienced with the most helpful attitude of anyone I’ve ever been associated with in computers. Charles impressed me as one of the most computer savvy individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure of taking care of my computer repair needs. he certainly a bright young man. If I had a computer business, I’d want a my entire staff of Charles type employees working for me. He’s definitely a keeper! This was my first experience With the Billings Tech Guys , but definitely won’t be my last!

I was absolutely thrilled that I brought my laptop with sound issues into Billings Tech Guys! They fixed the problem, offered solutions and products to protect it from future issues, cleaned my laptop and even replaced my sticky note with a pretty sticker that won't come off. My experience was good. Charlie arrived on time. He set up my new TV . He helped me to feel comfortable with the new set up. I had no problem with the cost for set up but when it came to pay it was double. The travel time was not mentioned when I set up appointment. It was very expensive. So food for thought.

I walked into the business panicked because my desktop was hacked and Landen was amazing. He was calm, cool, and collected and assured me they could fix what had happened. He quoted me a price and a timeline and sent updates as they worked on my machine. His quote and time-line were spot-on. Thank you Billings Tech Guys - you are FANTASTIC!
