Gave him my PC in the afternoon, was super helpful and responsive through texts, and got my computer back same night! Man's a beast, saved my files and my computer from an issue I never thought I'd see! Will bring my PC back to him if anything new happens and would def recommend!

Just looking to get the stereo fixed. Not in the habit of giving bad statement but he put the stereo in. Volume on the steering wheel and the changer on the steering wheel wouldn’t work he had to fix that which he did. Not says it needs antenna work Siri does not work. It worked for on and off on and off on and off. I thought it was just the hill or something, but it’s not. It’s an antenna. Problem is what I was told by Siri. I’ve called him seven times. I’ve texted him four times about it and seeing if he can advise me on what to do on it and he refuses to respond.“” 8 hours ago he said he was with a customer so I called him when the shop was closing still no response so I guess I’ll take it to another company and have them look at it. All I need to do is get my stereo working that’s all Well, he can tell me how to fix it and I’ll fix it

DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMPUTER TO ALPHA TO BE REPAIRED! He kept my computer for 2 months, did not fix it, AND took my hard drive out and lost it. All my pictures and family videos are gone. He also gave me someone else's hard drive. ABSOLUTELY will never use alpha computers again.

Joey does an excellent job and I do recommend him. He just upgraded an older 2015 17 in laptop for me and it works fantastic. Better than when it was new! Great job, Joey!
