CPR Cell Phone Repair Wentzville

Not a great experience at all. I dropped my daughter’s phone off for screen replacement early in the afternoon and was told it would be ready in 2 hours. I said I would be back to pick it up at 5:30. Store closes at 7:00. I was told that was fine and I left. I return at 5:30 to find that the sore is closed. They had my phone number, knew I was coming back to pick it up, but I did not receive a phone call to tell me they were closing early. Horrible customer service.

Giving an additional star because the work was good and appreciated. But the drama we had with the phone case was ridiculous. Team Member claimed we did not have a case for the phone when brought in. Discussion took place, and he said well we can review the cameras but it didn’t have a case. Please do! Ohhhh, there WAS a case. Is this it? Yes! That’s it. Well another team members here daughter has same case we don’t know if it’s yours or hers. What!?? Are you kidding! So they didn’t give us our case till the found the “daughters” case out in her car which was all busted up. I know what was happening here, the switch a roo was about to take place. BUT we got there before they could do it. MGR take care of this..it’ just looks criminal and your losing integrity of your business. Date was 01/22/25 at 5:30pm.

Initially I was pretty disenchanted with my experience here. Brought in a Google Pixel 7 for a screen replacement in April of this year. Quoted $399. Not a small amount of money. When I got it back, the fingerprint sensor and front camera no longer worked, and I was told they couldn't do anything about that. So $399 for a partial repair at best. Fast forward 8 months later, the screen is exhibiting the same exact symptoms so i took it back . Josh went above and beyond to take care of me, and made sure everything was working flawlessly this time around.

I'm giving a one star for right now because I called early this morning to check on my mother's iPad that we brought in a few days ago for screen repair he told me to come by at 6 pm to pick it up today. Here I am and the store is dark and closed. I've called twice and no one is answering the phone's. I'm beyond furious as I'm not from here in fact I'm almost 2 hrs south of here. So I drove two hours to a closed store and left without the iPad. Now I'm leaving on vacation and won't even be back till the new year. So now I'll be without my iPad the entire vacation. What a jerk move!! If you were going to close early a courtesy call would have been nice before I wasted my fuel and time driving up here.
