I replaced my older computer with a ReBoot computer and also had my wife's computer repaired which was awesome. Trenton spent efficient high quality time to do all of this. This computer fix for my wife was given up on by myself as well as many other attempts by professionals. BIG time thanks to Trenton for his knowledge, discipline and patience in solving our computer problems. We are very impressed and thankful for the work that was completed. It was just plain awesome! This place is amazing. I am the kid who helped my parents figure out how to do everything online during the pandemic, so when I had an issue on my computer that I couldn’t even figure out, I knew I needed a professional. At AT&T, they couldn’t help me because the device was not from that store, so I decided to try ReBoot. The help I got from the ReBoot team was the most helpful and professional assistance I have ever had. When they too saw that all of my settings seemed normal, they ran man tests and ultimately found the issue. When it was fixed, they also helped with an issue with the mousepad I had mentioned but was not at all expecting to be fixed. All of this was very efficient and cost effective, just over twenty bucks! Definitely will be back for any technical issues I face in the future.

I took our 3 year old computer to them because it was slow and took forever to open apps. They had it fixed and repaired in three days and it works and run faster than it did when it was new

Reboot techs did an excellent basic clean-up of my desktop PC, and then recommended that the old hard drive be replaced with a new one. They said I would definitley notice the increased online speed, so I approved the installation. The increased efficiency of my computer is remarkable. Even the photo software works better. I recommend Reboot as a reputable company.
