I recently had my Google Pixel 8A phone repaired at The Fix, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. Bala was extremely helpful, explaining the repair process and making sure everything was done quickly and efficiently. The store has a good selection of cellphone protectors, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed by the checkout process. A $15 tip was added to my total, along with a store tax, without clear explanation. This was misleading and makes me question their practices. A tip on a purchase from a sales clerk? I don't think so!!!! While the cellphone covers are great, this cost leaves me hesitant to return.

The people that run this store are so incredibly kinda and helpful. They have a wide selection of cases and will help you them on the phone as well as place a screen procter on your phone for you. I would recommend asking specifically for Bala. He's so kind and knowledgeable. 10/10 experience.
