Very professional and knowledgeable. They fixed my phone in 2 hours and the price was acceptable. I suppose if I have one drawback, it would be the $40 service charge I would have incurred, had they not been able to repair it. Otherwise, 👍👍

CPR staff were friendly and helpful. The repair was completed in two hours as promised. The contacted me to alert me it was complete. They offered a discount on a screen protector to reduce the chance of another cracked screen.

Screen repair on iPhone 12 via insurance claim. Screen was cracked on top right corner and was broken even more during screen repair process. Now cracked all the way down to the bottom left and volume up button does not work. Was told that they are unable to fix until next week due to ordering of the new part. Don’t recommend. The replacement screen was the part that was damaged during repair. iPhone recognized the screen as NOT OEM when returned. Complete lack of responsibility.
