Tech Guru, Lee Fischer, is extremely adept at what he does and will not disappoint! My client experience was phenomenal because he had to customize my service in order to meet my computer laptop needs. We started with an on site appointment at my home where our meeting was a combination of tutorial on my system helping me to gain better efficiency as well as diagnostic of multiple things going wrong with my laptop. He is the ultimate multi tasker, btw, which allowed him prudent use of his time and my money since this service is billed hourly. My laptop ultimately needed hospital rescue where Lee needed to take it home to do further diagnostic. He uncovered a lot, reconfigured things and returned my laptop in better working condition. As a result, it no longer needed to be replaced, Yay! The biggest takeaway about Tech Rescue, is he is intrigued by finding a solution to a tech problem and will not stop until the puzzle is solved. I watched him do this over and over again on functionality we had given up hope on, such as, scanning docs. From here forward, Tech Rescue will be our "GoTo" for laptop expertise!

My nearly 5-year old Lenova laptop was running very slow. I was fairly certain that it was infected with a virus. I did not want to go to a business that both sold and fixed computers, and preferred a small business. Based on reviews, I contacted Lee, who was able to come to my home the next day. Diagnostic scans were performed. Corrupt files were fixed and others removed. He was friendly knowledgeable, and explained the issues affecting my computer thoroughly.
