I had a camera that was glitching out on my phone. I went in, and he ordered the part. He gave me a call 2 days later to come in for the repair. I stopped by after work and was on my way in less than 30 minutes. He also cleaned out my charging port as the cable tended to fall out. Relaxed atmosphere and great customer service. I'd not hesitate to come in again or to recommend Quality Wireless to a friend. I wanted my camera fixed as I noticed I didn't have many recent pictures of my girlfriend or dogs. Now, I won't hesitate to snap a pic if any of them are looking adorable.

Got my screen fixed and the guy didn't tell me when he fixed it that he screwed up the touch on my screen so now my phone won't respond while it's laying down flat. I always have to hold it up in order for my phone to respond to touching the screen now. Don't go here. He will fix your screen but will break other things while doing it. I was wondering why he was trying to take my money and rush me out of there when I picked up my phone. I'm highly pissed off about this.

My phone has been broken for a week and I’ve been going back and forth with my phone provider to no avail, I go in for not even 20 minutes and Matt was able to fix my phone for me and didn’t charge me the price for a battery replacement. Very friendly, informative, and was able to fix my problem without doing anything unnecessary like replacing parts, very glad he didn’t up sell me here and I’m definitely coming back if I ever have problems with my tech. 10/10

Fair pricing on iPhone. I was getting an a14 screen repaired. The gentleman was professional. I found out my A14 was 75.00 Dollars new at Walmart and target. The screen repair was 75.00. his a14 is 160.00. so do a price comparison.

In a world of dishonesty, Matt is the exception. I brought my iPad in that I thought was broken. It wasn’t. He could have easily told me to pick it up later and charged me, but instead- he inspected the unit, showed me the issue and refused to take money because it wasn’t broken. That is an ethical business person. I’ve brought three phones to Matt, as well as an iPad. His work is flawless, quick and well-priced. This is the ONLY repair shop I will bring my business to. I’d give ten stars if I could!
