I have used MAC HQ for years now and have bought all of my computers and supplies here for both myself and my children. The staff is incredible - both knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. So much better than waiting for hours at the Apple Store. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes even without an appointment. I’ve recommenced this business to many friends who have had hugely positive experiences. Great parking even. I’ve never been steered wrong by any of the wonderful staff. 💖

Went in to troubleshoot one AirPod. Had to pay $95 just to have it evaluated. Online it shows cost at $80. Then I was told that both were bad and it would be another $95 so now it’s more than the cost of a whole new set including the case. Because I live an hour’s drive away, I asked if they could be shipped. Was offered a $10 discount. When it finally shipped, was charged the full amount with no discount. Will never go back there again.

Can’t say enough about this business. We’ve gotten an Airbook and iPad from them for more than a decade. We lease them through their Computer for Life program and can get new ones every two years. Employees are so very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Won’t go anywhere else for our Apple products.

Just want to put in another good word for the folks at MacHQ. I've been coming to them for many, many years (forever?), never disappointed. Tech support is amazing, too: they will transfer the data from your old computer into your new one, and help with any issues that come up in the future.
