Everyone was super nice and helpful, I scheduled an appointment to get my phone battery replaced, went in for service and they ran the diag and ordered the part. A few days later got a call saying I could drop off as soon as possible. Dropped my phone off and was greeted by some very friendly people. Left my device all day and got a call and picked up phone later that night. Overall wonderful team and very helpful! My phone finally had better battery life and they even replaced the screen for free when it broke on them! Hands down recommend them and their friendly team.

Brought my Chromebook in to help with technical issues it was having- and the employee's first comment is "Oh I hate Chromebooks" ... I shut down from there and walked a way. Whoever is the manager/trainer there- your team is in the customer service industry. Train better, do better, oh and bring back days of enforcing professional dress codes. A baggy sweater, unkempt messy hair, and leaning on elbows while negating my product, ...not a good look!

Our snow storm refuge. Nice hotel, down side was that the sink in my room was plugged and wouldn’t drain. Called the desk and they immediately switched my room. One of the guys helped dig out our van out of the snow. 🙏 thanks.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I've brought my laptop in more than 5 times for repairs that were not my fault. This was in under a year, and with a 3 year warranty. Everything was hardware or software based. The lack of professionalism is outstanding! A+ for never telling me what will happen. They can't listen to simple instructions and do NOTHING that I ask of them. Stay away from them, they can't even back up 2 files. I'm about to lose all of my tax/school/health documents because they can't do a simple copy and paste. Their terrible service is about to cost me THOUSANDS this semester in college because they cant ACCOMMODATE or DO THE JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. YES I SAID THOUSANDS, all of my assignments and books I have including the documents mentioned above are as good as gone. The manager can't even come out to talk to you face to face! All of the service is scripted, I even got hung up on when I called them for a simple question!
