Came to buy an iPhone on two consecutive days. Walked away without a phone due to your associates lack of knowledge. The second day came to purchase an iPhone 16 plus in a certain color and storage capabilities. The associate said it was in stock and in the meantime my current phone was backing up. She was waiting on myself and another customer and she asked again about the color and storage I wanted and then she said they didn’t have it in stock. I couldn’t believe it. All the time I wasted on waiting for your product and then nothing. I’m very disappointed with your store. Needless to say I purchased that phone from a competitor and your associates couldn’t have cared less.

Refused a refund even though they never sent the receipt I requested (they do it all over phones in store, and send digital receipts) and even though Apple customer service had misled me about the contents of what I had purchased, making it completely unusable to me. Called and spoke to the "manager" who sounded like a super young guy with no experience or desire to provide any kind of customer service. He almost seemed elated to tell me I couldn't return it. In store the staff are at least fairly helpful, but this place just wants to steal your money and not honor returns for their own mistakes.

(Chelsea was the bar manager, seems ans if she has tons of horrible reviews her self, not sure why they keep ann employee that continues to be rude to customers. Leonce was the main manager at the time) Galleria Apple Store. Have an iPad that’s a year old. For 6 months it’s been shutting off at 50%. We have been busy with health issues and the soonest I could schedule an apt was Dec.2nd at 11am. Unfortunately last min, I had to cancel the appointment due to be rushing to the hospital, I had emergency surgery and almost died. Had a few more surgeries since then. Today 1/23 was the soonest I could get back to the Apple Store. They tell me the internal mother board has been malfunctioning and that the warranty ran out 16 days ago. My tech asked if I could show proof of the Apple appointment in Dec. I pulled the proof up, email and calendar. Showed it to him, he went and talked to one manage and she said “sorry nothing we can do”. Then I asked to talk to the manager of the store, a gentleman, and he was unable to talk to me, even though he was standing out in front of the store. I said I would wait because he didn’t look busy and right then he walked right past me and went to the back of the store and hid. Still has not come out to talk to me. None of the managers were willing to come talk to me. We spend thousands and thousands with this Apple Store. We will no longer be doing that. I am no crazy, I know a warranty has a specific period but when they can prove it’s been an issue for months, they should assist. They aren’t even offering a partial pay or anything, just a flat out “no”. I had a double mastectomy and a deadly infection, not my fault I got stuck in the hospital. I have another big surgery Monday and just wanted something to watch while I’m in the hospital. It’s a shame a huge company like this can’t help a small customer out that has at least 20 Apple products. 😭 Update: I called Apple support and spoke to a very nice lady named Sherpa, she said it’s no problem to replace it because there was proof of an appointment before the warranty was out. Yay for Apple for the help but not for this specific store. The managers were not helpful at all. I do have to say that Moe, who helped me, non manger, was great, professional, and kind!

RUN AWAY. I wouldn't let these hacks change batteries in a flashlight! I had to wait a couple of days to calm down to write this review. I brought in my Iphone to get a new battery. My phone was fully functional and just needed a battery. I came back to pick it up and the screen is flashing green like a strobe light, there's lines on the display now. The "genius" says there is liquid damage and when they open up the phones sometimes things happen. He then tries to sell me a replacement. The phone is suppose to be able to be dropped in a puddle with no harm, so how does it have "liquid damage" when it was fine when I dropped it off. I was so angry I had to leave before I did something regrettable. As a long time apple customer, this was the last apple product I will ever buy. So to recap, I took a fully functioning Iphone in to get a new battery and walked out with a paper weight. Of course apple did nothing wrong and "liquid damage" is a perfect defense, even though the phone is rated IP68 for liquid exposure,

These guys are 100% terrible. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I had an issue with my iPhone 15 pro battery (it sucks). So I tried to get it fixed. I took it to them and they restored my phone saying I had a corrupt app most likely. It didn’t solve the problem but what they failed to tell me was that my phone would automatically back up to the restored phone. I go back in to address the issue and they said you signed a data wallet waiver—ie. we are doing nothing for you. Then I go in tonight to purchase the new iPhone because this iPhone 15 pro battery is terrible. Today went I. At 630 ti purchase iPhone 16, store didn’t close until 7. They said no more sales today. Come back again. That is what prompted this review
