This is a great place to take your computer. The owner is very nice and very good at what he does. He is also funny. He doesn't try to rob you. I was told to take it to a person in Union and it was going to be a lot more to drop it off for them to look at my laptop then it cost me to get it fixed here

First experience was great with the head tech at the St. Clair location. We couldn't diagnose the problem however after an hour of sitting in the store we had a solution for an ultimate fix. Went into the store today after calling up there earlier in the day confirming it was OKAY to do a dirty install of windows 11 when I got off of work. I took the computer up when I got off of work and MIKE was not having it he said we don't operate like that and told me to drop the computer off. He had no knowledge of the previous conversation I had with his head tech. He was rude and lacked any sort of customer service skills. Infact after the small conversation I had with MIKE and learning hes the owner of this company I wouldn't recommend ANYONE dropping off their pc to that man or this company. I would definitely not support this small business.

Reboot is amazing! They never fail to help when asked and always fix my problem with my computer. I couldn't say better things about Samson in the St Clair location. He is simply amazing and should be given a raise.

I went in there with a laptop problem. Turns out the price to fix it was more than a new one, and not critical to the running of the unit. The guy was super nice, helpful, answered some of my more random questions. He was so helpful, I felt bad I didn't spend any money. If I have any other issues, I will definitely go back and wouldn't hesitate to pay whatever he charges, he was that honest and upfront. What a pleasure to find a place in St Clair and not have to drive! Who knew? THANKS! :)

Very knowledgeable staff don’t push things on you. You don’t want they are able to repair things. Good prices nice place! I highly recommend this place to others. They know what they’re doing!
